My husband and I have been working with Stephanie Mullen with Sellstate choice realty since March. We familiar with the area. At the time my husband and I were not working with any particular real estate agent. About Stephanie Mullen
Hello! My name is Stephanie Mullen, I have lived in the Lake Norman area since 2011 with my husband, Mike, and our 3 kids. Mike and I met in college after he got out of the Marine Corps in 2001. We lived in Southern California where I was the business manager for two animal hospitals and he managed security at the local nuclear power plant. I retired after 12 years to stay home with our children. Duke Energy moved us here to NC and we have never looked back. Once our kids were all in school, I decided to step out into the workforce again. My favorite part about managing the hospitals, besides loving on the dogs and cats, were the negotiations with equipment and contracts. So, when I decided to go back to work, I thought Real Estate was the best fit for me! I love helping both buyers and sellers. I have experience with a multitude of clients, from first time home buyers, investment properties, new construction, to land deals. I have experience with all sorts of loans types, from FHA, VA, Conventional, and Cash. When working with you, I will never represent the other party.
